The App

Core training built for 50+. Every session is generated new from five movement patterns, with three levels per exercise, so progress on one pattern never waits for another. No equipment. One session a day, because recovery is part of the protocol.

One session
  • Upper flexion · 6
  • Lower flexion · 6
  • Rotation · 8
  • Isometric · 5
  • Kinetic · 5
  • Warm-up and cool-down · 4 + 4

30 exercises of 30 seconds, with 30 seconds of rest after each. Four warm-up moves before, four cool-down moves after.

The Channel

Videos that document real results. No filters. No before/after fraud. Data, mechanisms, and honest failure when something doesn't work.

The Blueprint

The 50+ Tropical Longevity Blueprint: the full protocol in one guide. Bodyweight training, 18:6 fasting and supplementation, with the reasoning behind every choice. Built for heat, humidity and a body past 50.

I AMTHE DATA.

Heart rate recovery
−37bpm in 2 min
160 140 120 100 0:00 1:00 2:00 156 119
From 156 to 119 bpm in the two minutes after the last interval. Age 61. Two measured points; the line between them is drawn, not recorded.

I'm Ray, the Q behind Q Aging Lab. 61 years old, 23 years of gymnastics behind me, and still training in the tropics: year-round heat, high humidity, no air conditioning in the gym. Most training advice is not written for these conditions, or for this age.

So I test it on myself. Bodyweight strength, intervals, fasting and supplements, with an Engineering First approach: change one variable, measure, write it down. No influencer noise. Only mechanisms, data, and what holds up on a 61-year-old body.

Q Aging Lab is where I document everything. Not as a guru. As a guinea pig with a notebook.
